7 Cup Cake

7 cup cake as the name itself says, 7 cup- is a combination of 7 cups of different ingredients. Very easy to prepare and can be prepared very quickly. let us see the recipe now..





Ingredients

1. Besan(kadale hittu) - 1 cup
2. milk - 1 cup
3. Ghee - 1 cup
4. Grated coconut - 1 cup
5. Sugar - 3 cups(i use only 2 cups, depends on how much sweet u want)
6. Cardamom  powder







Method:

1. Grease a plate with 1 tsp of ghee and keep it aside.

2. Take a thick bottom kadai and fry the Besan for about 5-6 minutes in a very low flame. fry until you get some aroma of besan. dont let the besan burnt so use very low flame.

3. In a bowl mix the cocnut,sugar,ghee and milk. Transfer this mixture  from bowl to the kadai.


4. Stir well so that no lumps of the besan should be formed. keep stirring for about 10-15 mintes or until the mixture starts leaving the kadai.

5. Now transfer the entire mixture to the plate that you have already greased with the ghee. And cut in to the shape using a knife. Allow it to cool for sometime and then take out the pieces and store it in a air tight container.

Burfi/cake tastes really very yummy. it has been my fav sweet since my childhood
