Hesru Unde - Moong dal Ladoo







Ingredients :

1. Moong Daal : 2 Cups
2. Ghee : 1/4 Cup
3. Sugar : 2 Cup
















 preparation method:

1. Fry the Mong daal until  nice  moong daal aroma comes

2. Finely powder moong daal in mixer jar and add the powdered sugar and mix well.

3. Take the ghee in a kadai and heat it and then add moong daal+ sugar  powder and mixed it  well.

4. Make  small balls when the mixture is heat and allow it to cool for sometime. It will be very soft when  you are making the balls. so keep it cool for sometime before you serve.

Now the yummy moong daal ladoo is ready to eat.
